To create a customer-friendly environment and avoid any inconvenience, JandJFurniture4U has established the following terms and conditions under the supervision of our management:
Delivery Info:
JandJFurniture4U offers free delivery throughout London and £30 delivery charge for areas outside London for all furniture items including Wardrobes, Sofas, Sofa Beds, and Bedroom Sets.
Note:
- Our courier will notify you before the exact delivery date to ensure a smooth process.
- Your item will be delivered within the estimated time specified in your order.
- For delivery above the ground or first floor, an extra charge of £10 per floor will apply; no charge if there is a lift.
- If delivery is refused by the customer, the delivery charge will be deducted from the total.
Delivery Address Upgrade:
Customers wishing to upgrade their delivery address must inform us before dispatch. Once dispatched, a new courier charge will apply to reschedule delivery to a different address.
Money Back Guarantee:
At JandJFurniture4U, we offer a Money Back Guarantee on all furniture products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if the product has any defects or damage, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
Conditions:
- Claims regarding product quality must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Issues will be resolved through:
- Partial discount offers
- Replacement of defective parts
- Collection of the entire product for a full refund
- JandJFurniture4U is not responsible for incorrect customer orders.
- Damage during customer assembly may qualify for replacement, with the customer bearing the cost of the parts.
- Returns are not accepted if the product has been assembled or assembly attempted.
Defective or Damaged Item:
JandJFurniture4U ensures quality with a manufacturing guarantee or warranty.
Note:
- Report any received defective or damaged items within 2-3 working days, as courier claims are time-sensitive.
- JandJFurniture4U will provide replacement parts for damaged items reported within 2-3 working days of delivery.
- Customers responsible for damaging the product can purchase replacement parts.
- Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty.
Return and Refund:
Customers seeking a full refund must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
- It must be packed in its original packaging or in a resalable condition.
- No modifications or assembly attempts are allowed.
- The item must be complete with no missing parts.
- Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned item.
Return and Exchange:
Customers wishing to exchange a product must do so within 30 days and meet these conditions:
- Pay the courier charge (dependent on your location).
- Ensure the item is in its original packaging.
- The item must be undamaged, unopened, and in resalable condition.
Change of Mind or Order Cancellation:
If you change your mind after placing an order, cancellation is accepted under these conditions:
- Cancel within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If the order has shipped, return shipping charges apply.
- Upon delivery, returns are accepted under specified conditions.
